When I read that first sentence in this book, I wasn’t so sure if I was going to like it. My first thought about Saylor was that this chick was freaking crazy. The more I read the more I found myself wanting to know what happened next. I was completely caught off guard! This book grabbed a hold of my mind and wouldn’t let go. I found myself laughing with the characters as well as crying. It gave me a whole new perspective at how I viewed others. I think this book deserves a 4 star rating. The fact that it completely took me by surprise earns points there. The story was written well. It didn’t take me long to read it because I couldn’t put it down! I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
Twilight SleepWelcome to Twilight Sleep! TS is a (mostly) young adult book blog but more than that, it's a place for me to share my love of books with anyone who will listen! In addition to young adult, I also enjoy middle grade and new adult novels - and occasionally I even make time for an adult novel. ; ] You'll find plenty of reviews, giveaways, and random babblings to keep you occupied for a bit should you wish. Thanks for stopping by!
Behind the CurtainHi. My name is Shannon and I like books. And photography. And video games. I use this space to talk about books, review books, and generally particpate in badassery. You can read a bit more about my awesomeness and how Twilight Sleep came to be (the name has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, contrary to popular belief) by clicking here. ; ]
